This test can be taken in your home anytime (up to 30 calendar days) after you registered and paid for the test, by following this procedure:
- Ask the Board of Health (where you want to work) if they accept the Save Each Life Skin Course Certificate.
- Download the pdf file (lower on this page), read it, and watch the videos recommended there.
- Send an email to dan_oros@msn.com (that’s dan_oros@msn.com) with your official name (as you want printed on the Certificate), your address, email, phone number, and the City (or town) where you will apply for Tattoo or Piercing or Microblading License. You do not receive the test link until we receive this information and the payment. If your testing email is at iCloud, you need to make sure it will allow emails from Testinvite (otherwise the test link might be sent to Junk or Spam folder).
- Pay for the test (even lower on this page). If someone else pays on your behalf (good for you!), have them send an email to us to confirm the name on the certificate.
- Check your email in the next 24 hours after you paid. We will send you a special link to take the test. When you are ready to test (you have 30 days), follow the link, and allow full screen and video camera access on your device (phone, tablet, desktop computer, etc.). You MUST close all running programs on your computer (other than the browser). Use any browser (except Safari or Internet Explorer). Do not use Safari browser – use Chrome, Firefox or Opera browser instead. You have up to 45 minutes to answer the 50 multiple-choice questions with at least 38 correct answers. No cheating!
- Touch-screen users: do NOT move your finger too quickly – the testing software might “think” that you have finished, and want to get out of the test screen. It will kick you out and you will not be able to log in again.
- We DO check the pictures taken while you test, and can see if you are looking somewhere else but to the screen. Again, please take note: The test is administered by TestInvite, and their software will take random pictures while you test, to verify the integrity of the test.
- We suspect that you are cheating, and will NOT give you a Certificate, nor refunds, and you will be banned from taking the test with Save Each Life again, in the following situations: a) – if someone is in the same room while you test; b) – if we cannot see your full head in every picture; c) – if your mouth is covered in any picture; d) – if your eyeglasses do not allow us to see your eyes; e) – if you look in any direction off the screen. You may NOT look on printed materials or other electronic devices while testing.
- Important note: you are NOT a Registered Nurse or a Medical Doctor. If you see anything unusual or suspicious on the client’s skin, send them to get treatment before doing any tattoo or piercing.
- If you have questions, read the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), or call 413-824-9581, and (if no immediate answer) leave message. We will call you back as soon as possible. We will NOT answer questions by email or text, since going back and forth will take long time. No refund after taking the test.
- After taking the test, call us or email us, so that we can print and mail your certificate. You should receive the certificate by registered mail, at the address you provided.

Please make sure you are fully prepared for the test. We do not give refund for failed testing, but you may pay again and register again, if you want (not the smartest choice!).
