NSC Basic Life Support for Health Care and Professional Rescuers (Professional CPR)
Take the instructor-based, hands-on Basic Life Support course if you are a Registered Nurse, EMS professional, firefighter, police, paramedic, lifeguard, athletic trainers, medical assistant or student.
Designed for professionals, this course is focused on immediate life-threatening situations, and will prepare you for quick and effective responses. It emphasizes special resuscitation situations and advanced resuscitation techniques, as established by the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR) and found in the latest Guidelines published (in USA) by the American Heart Association
You will receive: a workbook, a DVD (or link to download) with the video presented in class, and a Basic Life Support for Health Care and Professional Rescuers certificate valid two years. Of course, training on choking is always included. This course is also called “Professional CPR”.

Just let us know you want it!With the Basic Life Support training you will learn the role of the professional rescuers in emergencies, assessing the victim’s condition, basic life support (rescue breathing, cardiac emergencies, CPR, airway obstruction) and the use of an AED. The course meets the latest CPR and ECC Guidelines, as well as CDC, OSHA and NFPA requirements and guidelines.
